| Dr. Mahmoud earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University while working with the Texas Transportation Institute’s Pavement and Materials group. His range of experience in asphalt pavement research will be of significant value to ongoing MARC investigations: Dr. Mahmoud was involved in research efforts on mix testing and modeling, aggregate characterization, image analysis, and investigation into the frictional properties of aggregate and pavement surfaces. |
